Deep Learning IoT based Smart Face Recognition System
Abstract - Artificial Intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) are the key of what we have as advances and rising of technology in today’s life. In this work, we are presenting a contribution to one of computer vision problems that has become an interesting topic among research’s and in computer science in general, which is face recognition (FR). What we suggest is a security system that works as video surveillance web application based on DL and IoT. The proposed solution functionality is starting by processing video data input, then detect the face using Haar-Cascade algorithm, to features extraction and FR using a proposed DL Convolution neural network (CNN). Our solution is an ESP32-CAM based IoT technology operates as real time responding system including a user email notification with a DL model that have 99.17 % of accuracy.
