Abstract : We present a system that uses virtualization technology to allocate data center resources dynamically based on request load and maintain green computing by optimizing the number of servers in use. We introduce the concept of “skewness” to measure the unevenness in the multidimensional store utilization of a server. By minimizing skewness, we can merge different types of workloads perfectly and enhance the overall usage of server sources. We create a set of heuristics that prevent excess in the system successfully while saving energy used. Track motivated simulator and research results illustrate that our criteria accomplishes good efficiency. This article presents a better fill balance model for the community reasoning based on the reasoning partition idea with a change procedure to choose different techniques for different circumstances. The criteria is applicable the game idea to the fill controlling strategy to enhance the efficiency in the community reasoning environment.
