Abstract : The main goal of this paper to index video data and make it a structured media. There are major problem with
generation of video content description manually. Probably it is very time consuming as well as costly. Also describes how
to indexed video and image processing on each content for efficient results which are very effective. This is also including
retrieving part. It is a combination of feature extraction and histogram analysis techniques.
