Abstract : In the world of cloud computing, this research paper introduces a revolutionary energy-saving methodology driven by the usage of intellectual machine learning techniques. The proposed system, named "EcoCloudML(EC-ML)" uses advanced algorithms, like neural networks based reinforcement learning, for fine tuning resources allocation which are used at their needed time and cut down on energy use when the system is not in need of resources. By smoothly Integration of machine learning, proposed methodology EcoCloudML (EC-ML) adjusts the needed resources based on real time demands by effectively lowering unnecessary resource allocations. This creative solution not only guarantees higher efficiency improvements in resources allocation, but also helps create a more eco-friendly, adaptable and cost-efficient cloud supportive environment. Also basic network metrics like overall energy efficiency, resources Utilization factor, longevity of life span of network structure and cost savings in cloud infrastructure maintenance. Keywords - energy consumption, deep learning mechanism, cloud computing environment, power efficacy, smart technology, resource optimization, sustainable computing model
