Abstract : As the world moves towards lifestyle diseases like obesity, yoga can be key to a healthy lifestyle.
With the difficulties in managing time to attending yoga classes. We present a robust yoga instructor app. The
app uses state-of-the-art lightweight deep learning pose estimation models to analyse the user’s score and
generates instructions to correct the yoga pose. We discuss a comprehensive pose correction algorithm and
improvements to visualize the instructions better.
