Abstract : The target of this exploration article is to make a framework for outfit colour prediction problems that are prepared to improve accuracy of outfit colour prediction by incorporating human skin tone analysis, using imaginative calculations like Content Based Filtering and Collaborative Filtering.the dataset utilized in this paper is the Outfit Color Prediction Values dataset, containing 41,090 preparation outfit color based on skin tone. The dataset was gotten from Kaggle, a generally used stage by understudies, AI professionals, and information researchers for different examination purposes. The dataset is alluded to as the Color Prediction dataset in this review. Keywords - Accuracy, Content Based Filtering Algorithm, Collaborative Filtering Algorithm, Prediction
