Abstract : In the wake of the Government of India embarking on to embrace the cloud computing benefits, as being done by the advanced countries, here we show how our earlier proposed HealthGrid framework will be the IaaS on the GI Cloud Meghraj and how our earlier proposed EHR Data Grid will work as Haas (Health as a Service) on the GI Cloud Meghraj thereby facilitating remote specialists services to the rural Indian population.
